We have an online home delivery service. We cook fresh home made food and we aim to send out in 1 hour. We also deliver 5 mile radius. Yet we still get customers say “food was 2 hours late.”
It’s impossible their food is 2 hours late..they are accusing of us of letting food sit there for 2 hours! We care about customers we don’t do that!
Yet they insist we are 2 hours late.
We cook fast and deliver to their far away postcodes. And they complain.
I really should long their food out. I’m so sick of their 2 hour story. It’s not 2 hours…in their customer works?!
