You messaged me that that you were disappointed with my business ethics because apparently I overcharged you with shipping. It really gave me a heavy heart that day. After all the things I did for you to get those limited edition products, Accusing me of something that you didn’t know from the backend was sad. You didn’t pay on time, I had to remind you and tried to understand your busy schedule. I tried to help you find ways to lower your mode of payment service fee. I even sent you the products without your full payment so it will get to you quicker. It was our second transaction so I thought we have that trust with each other already. You told me you were upset that the shipping invoice says I overcharged you $6 more than the actual shipping fee. I wish you asked me to explain first before questioning my business ethics because clearly you didn’t read the paper properly. The invoice that you were looking at was the declared value of your items and not the actual shipping fee. I thought I made a mistake from my end because I couldn’t fathom overcharging you with so much. I wish you appreciated all the efforts I did on getting those products for you. Your items were sold out on the first day so my team and I had to go around on foot for almost an hour and a half. You didn’t prepay, I could have sold the products to someone else who wanted it but I didn’t because I wanted you to have it. And to be honest, I did charge you $1 handling fee just like all my other clients, But i think you don’t understand yet the concept of having a personal shopper abroad.
