Retail customers always seem to amaze me in the worst way. A read this complaint on Google at a local Zara’s (clothing store).
Labor Day only one register open ( second. Floor) 25 minutes waiting. Manager said. To many people call(ed in) sick. I said. Really? She (should) will be ready for this situation.
Do you really think that the manager is lying to you about the people calling in sick? And even if she was who in their right mind would make their job harder by having less people work? Do you think she appreciates you complaining to her?
Reviews and reviewers like this do nothing for the employee or the business. Instead of wasting your time complaining about this non sense, why don’t you really make a difference and never shop there again.
