As an employee who has been here and had to deal with what I think is dumb a customer it makes me smile to watch this.
What I don’t understand is the customer’s point of view. So you are unhappy with the service you got, why continue to ask for the manager? Talking to the manager is going to do what for you? What is that you are trying to achieve? Would a free pizza really make your day?
We all have been there and had to deal with someone that isn’t competent with their job or is having a bad day. The best thing that you can do as a consumer is choose not to consume their product or service again. Trying to get even or venting your frustrations to a middle manager isn’t going to solve the problem. For the most part you have employee, manager, branch manager and or owner. Most of the time the complaints get way watered down when it gets to the branch manager or owner so nothing happens. If you want to your voice to be heard don’t patronize their business anymore, this is the only real way you will be heard.
