For anyone that has done customer service knows that it is not an easy job. I think a lot of people forget that most of the people that you would deal with are probably really nice but the ones that you remember are usually the bad ones.
There has been some in my career that I would have loved to tell them to go to hell or told them we don’t need your business. No matter how much they get under my skin I would have never addressed their letter or bill as “Super Bitch” as this one Comcast customer got on their bill.
In the video Mrs. Bauer seems reasonable enough and explains that she was having an ongoing issue with Comcast. She had multiple phone calls in and even had 39 techs come out to her location. I know that I have been yanked around before and can understand her frustration but being called a bitch was probably over the line.
It is hard to know what made the customer service rep want to address the envelope that way but I know in my experience sometimes you are so tired of people telling you how bad your company is you just can’t help but lash out.
