When customers in retail threaten you with the “I’ll go talk to a manager” line. The customer is always right so no matter what, you end up looking like the bad guy. The customers can shit all over you and no matter what anything and everything is always your fault. Most of the time I can dismiss them in my head as idiots, but sometimes they just go to far. Is there main goal when they wake up in the morning “Huh gee today in order to feel empowered I’m going to devalue and sabotage an honest employee’s name.” And the worst is when they hide behind the fact that they are the customer and I’m the one who doesn’t know how to do my job. Get the fuck over yourself. I’m here to help you and you are going to strike me down? Go to hell.
