Many people who call into Call Centers could get so much further if they didn’t call with in fussing and having an attitude from the start… I will tell you what I need to tell you just to get you off of the phone and fix your issue in the present moment. However if you call in with decency and respect, I will do whatever I can to help you not only in the present, but also in the future. Customer: SALARY ADVANCE, my account # is ……., my name is… my address is… blah, blah, blah… Have some respect and realize you are talking to an actual person.
